Welcome to my page. Keep checking in cause I am constantly adding new things like my favorite African recipes, pictures and updates on my life. I just recently went on a trip to Cuba. SOme of the pictures have been uploaded, but there are many more to come.

I started this page out of pure bordom. Well, and my sister made me do it. It's true I tell you True!!! Naw just kidding! I wanted to share with people my love of Africa and cooking. Plus, you know, add some tid bits about me here and there. I also wanted to let people around me know how I am doing health wise and what is CFS. It's easier to put how I am doing in writting then say "hey i'm sick" to everyone I meet. My updates and stories will be posted on the about me page, so check it out.
